Data Siloing: In multi-tenant projects (like the Harish Shipping Project), we implement strict Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data from one user or organization is never accessible by another.

5. Lead Generation & Scraping Ethics
As a Growth Intelligence provider, we act as a Data Processor for our clients.
We only extract publicly available data or data accessible via authorized API credentials.
We advise our clients on their responsibilities as Data Controllers under GDPR, CCPA, and the CAN-SPAM Act when utilizing the leads we generate.

Criyx.ai operates globally, with core operations in India and clients in the USA and Dubai. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions. We use encrypted tunnels and secure cloud environments (AWS/Supabase) to protect these transfers.
