  • Orchestrate Automations: Powering n8n workflows, AI Voice agents, and Chatbots.

  • Refine AI Performance: Using anonymized interaction data to improve the prompt engineering and response accuracy of our custom agents.

  • Project Delivery: Developing and testing custom web and mobile applications (e.g., Swiftalk, LogiTrack).

  • Compliance: Ensuring all lead generation activities align with our internal safety protocols and anti-spam standards.

4. AI Data Processing & Security

  • Third-Party LLMs: To provide our services, data may be processed through third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vapi). We ensure these providers have "Zero Data Retention" or "Opt-Out of Training" policies where possible for sensitive enterprise data.

  • Data Siloing: In multi-tenant projects (like the Harish Shipping Project), we implement strict Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data from one user or organization is never accessible by another.

  • No Sale of Data: Criyx.ai does not sell client data or lead data to third-party brokers.

5. Lead Generation & Scraping Ethics

As a Growth Intelligence provider, we act as a Data Processor for our clients.

  • We only extract publicly available data or data accessible via authorized API credentials.

  • We advise our clients on their responsibilities as Data Controllers under GDPR, CCPA, and the CAN-SPAM Act when utilizing the leads we generate.

6. International Data Transfers

Criyx.ai operates globally, with core operations in India and clients in the USA and Dubai. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions. We use encrypted tunnels and secure cloud environments (AWS/Supabase) to protect these transfers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Request Access: See what data we hold about you or your organization.

  • Request Deletion: Ask us to "wipe" an automation database or lead list once a project is complete.

We use minimal cookies to maintain session states for our Admin portals and to analyze website traffic via privacy-focused analytics. You can manage these through your browser, though some features of our dashboards may be limited.
