Conversational AI Ecosystem: Unified Voice & Chat Agents

Designed and developed a Python-based multi-agent conversational sales system using a modular architecture to automate end-to-end commerce workflows through natural language interactions. The system consists of specialized agents responsible for product recommendations, inventory checks, payment handling, order fulfillment, customer loyalty, and post-purchase engagement, each following single-responsibility design principles. Stateful session management and a lightweight JSON-based data layer were implemented to simulate products, inventory, and customer profiles, enabling rapid prototyping and testing of complex sales scenarios. The conversational flow orchestrates the complete customer journey, including product discovery, availability validation, simulated payments, order confirmation, and fulfillment tracking. The architecture was designed for extensibility, allowing seamless future integration with external databases, APIs, payment gateways, and CRM systems while maintaining a clean separation of concerns.
