We developed a suite of intelligent Marketing Agents designed to capture, nurture, and convert traffic into booked appointments at any hour of the day. The Challenge

  2. Context-Aware Chatbots: Beyond basic "if-then" logic, these agents use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to answer complex questions about the client's services, pricing, and FAQs based on their specific business data.

  3. Automated Appointment Setting: The agents are directly integrated with Calendly and Google Calendar. Once a lead is qualified, the agent checks availability and books the meeting in real-time.

  4. Sentiment-Based Routing: If an agent detects a high-value or frustrated lead via sentiment analysis, it instantly escalates the conversation to a live human representative.
